Ellen de Kreij, Lead Advisor in Impact and Sustainability at APAX Partners, brings extensive experience in guiding funds and companies on ESG and impact strategies. Maarten Holtslag, a long-time Impact Venture Partner at 4impact Capital, continues to support our team with his hands-on experience in aligning innovation with measurable impact. Pia Irell, former Impact Partner at Trill Impact and now a senior advisor to funds and companies, adds deep insight into building scalable businesses that deliver environmental and social value. Together, they will help us evolve our impact framework, strengthen our measurement practices, and support our portfolio in delivering meaningful outcomes for people and the planet.
