FRYTE Mobility Raises €3.5M Seed Round Co-Led by 4impact capital and Rethink Ventures
FRYTE Mobility, the software platform connecting logistics and charging systems for electric trucks, closes a €3.5M Seed round co-led by 4impact capital and Rethink Ventures, bringing total funding raised to €5M.

FRYTE Mobility today announced the closing of its €3.5M Seed round, co-led by 4impact capital and Rethink Ventures, with participation from existing investors Revent, F-LOG, accilium ventures and a group of angel investors. Total funding raised now stands at €5M. The company will use the capital to scale its platform across Europe, connecting eTrucks with the charging infrastructure they need.
Operating an electric truck requires reliable charging at the right time and place. Today, transport management systems plan routes without visibility into charging availability, while charge point operators (CPOs) run stations with no advance notice of arriving eTrucks or their energy needs. Logistics and energy are planning the same journey in silos.
The coordination layer, not another point solution
FRYTE's open software infrastructure connects logistics platforms with Charge Point Management Systems (CPMS) via industry standards such as OCPI. By uniting tour planning and energy demand into a single operation, it enables real-time, cross-border advance bookings: guaranteed slots for fleet operators, predictable utilization for CPOs.
The platform is fully operational across multi-provider sites and has processed over 200 end-to-end bookings, from dispatcher planning to driver execution and CPO confirmation.

What the capital funds
FRYTE will expand its commercial team and deepen integrations with CPOs and their CPMS, while continuing to build out reservation functionality. Recent pilots include TRATON Charging Solutions with MAN Charge & Go, FIEGE, Fraport AG, Energie Südbayern and Dettendorfer Energy.
