We partner with exceptional founders in Europe who dream and act big, with international ambitions. 4impact is based in The Hague, The Netherlands, and was founded in 2019 by Managing Partners Pauline Wink (Goldman Sachs, HayFin) and Ali Najafbagy (Goldman Sachs, Mubadala, GE, Egon Zehnder). We are an experienced and passionate team working with amazing venture partners, a dedicated Advisory Board and best-in-class external advisors.

We are now looking for a proactive and motivated TECHNOLOGY INTERN to join our team!

• Part-time or full-time (80% to 100% based on 40-hr week)
• 6 months internship, starting date to be discussed
• We gather in our lovely office in the Hague twice a week, and would love for you to join us there in person
• We do business in English

Your work will focus on advancing the technology-supported operations of our fund, and can include things like:

• Enhancing the scope and quality of incoming data around startups and market intelligence
• Automating our internal workflows using no-/low-code automation tools like Zapier
• Crafting insightful analyses from the wealth of data in our database
• Prompt engineering
• Empowering our team to work efficiently and effectively through smart productivity solutions
• Managing our technology stack (Google Suite, Copper CRM, Zapier, OpenAI, and a growing variety of API integrations)
• Exploring new opportunities and implementing your own ideas to achieve the above
• Working together with one of our Partners and Associates to co-develop our internal technology strategy

If you are:

• Passionate and smart about creating efficiencies in processes
• Driven to building a lean, data-driven organization together to achieve more impact
• Independent and a self-starter, capable of taking on projects with limited supervision
• Energised by the opportunity to reducing noise, learning new things, and achieving clarity with data to guide our investment activity
• Currently studying at an EU-registered university, last year Bachelor’s or Master’s with a preference for relevant degrees (e.g. computer science, data analytics, (business) information technology)
• Fluent in English
